At Hatley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unwashed and unworn items with original tags within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
